About the Role
We are looking for a UX Designer to create intuitive, beautiful experiences for our users. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.
You'll work closely with product managers and engineers to ship designs that solve real problems and delight users. This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design process from concept to implementation
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Build and maintain our design system
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ship features
- Advocate for user needs and best practices
- Present designs and rationale to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B or enterprise software
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
- Background in accessibility and inclusive design
